AREA...Eastern Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas. ONSET...After midnight. DISCUSSION... Showers with isolated thunderstorms are ongoing this evening across portions of northeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. Coverage is expected gradually decrease as the night progresses. Brief, localized heavy rainfall will remain possible. Most locations have received plentiful rainfall over the past few weeks and any additional heavy amounts could lead to flooding concerns. Area- wide patchy fog may develop after midnight tonight and persist through sunrise Saturday. SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT... Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area.
