Showers with isolated thunderstorms are ongoing late this afternoon across eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. Coverage is expected gradually decrease after sunset. Brief, localized heavy rainfall will remain possible. Most locations have received plentiful rainfall over the past few weeks and any additional heavy amounts could lead to flooding concerns.
