DISCUSSION...
Showers with isolated to scattered thunderstorms are ongoing this
afternoon across eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. Coverage
is expected to steadily increase through late afternoon before
gradually decreasing after sunset. A brief strong to severe storm
is possible along with localized heavy rainfall. Most locations
have received plentiful rainfall over the past few weeks and any
additional heavy amounts could lead to flooding concerns.
