This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Iowa, west central
Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, central South
Dakota, east central South Dakota, south central South Dakota and
southeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

The chance for storms has diminished. Rain will gradually push east
of the area this evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Increasing northwest winds are expected on Wednesday, especially
near and north of Interstate 90. Gusts of 40 to 45 mph are expected,
with brief gusts in excess 50 mph possible.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Little Sioux River near Milford.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, 170th Avenue south of Highway 9 is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 15.6 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:00 AM CDT Tuesday was 15.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.6
    feet this evening. The stage should be gradually falling on
    Wednesday and through the rest of the week, falling below
    flood stage of 12.0 feet by early Sunday morning.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
