...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM CDT SUNDAY THROUGH SUNDAY
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. 1-2
  inches of rain is expected with localized amounts of 3 inches
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Kansas, including the following areas,
  Atchison KS, Doniphan, Johnson KS, Leavenworth, Linn KS, Miami and
  Wyandotte and Missouri, including the following areas, Bates,
  Buchanan, Carroll, Cass, Chariton, Clay, Clinton, Cooper, Henry,
  Howard, Jackson, Johnson MO, Lafayette, Pettis, Platte, Randolph,
  Ray and Saline.

* WHEN...From 1 AM CDT Sunday through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
