...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM CDT SUNDAY THROUGH LATE
SUNDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Illinois, including the following areas, Bond
  IL, Calhoun IL, Clinton IL, Fayette IL, Greene IL, Jersey IL,
  Macoupin IL, Madison IL, Marion IL, Monroe IL, Montgomery IL, Pike
  IL, Randolph IL, Saint Clair IL and Washington IL and Missouri,
  including the following areas, Audrain MO, Boone MO, Callaway MO,
  Cole MO, Crawford MO, Franklin MO, Gasconade MO, Iron MO,
  Jefferson MO, Lincoln MO, Madison MO, Moniteau MO, Monroe MO,
  Montgomery MO, Osage MO, Pike MO, Ralls MO, Reynolds MO, Saint
  Charles MO, Saint Francois MO, Saint Louis City MO, Saint Louis
  MO, Sainte Genevieve MO, Warren MO and Washington MO.

* WHEN...From 1 AM CDT Sunday through late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
  in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Several rounds of thunderstorms will be capable of producing
    heavy rainfall, with between 2 and 5 inches possible. This
    threat will be heightened for some locations due to the heavy
    rainfall that fell Friday afternoon and evening.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of eastern and
central Missouri as well as west central and southwest Illinois.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

There is a chance for thunderstorms late tonight across portions of
central and northeast Missouri, moving east with time. A few may be
strong to severe.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

There is a chance for thunderstorms during the morning Sunday and
again Sunday afternoon and evening across the area. A few
thunderstorms may be strong to severe during the morning. A few
thunderstorms may become severe late Saturday night into Sunday
morning and possibly again during the afternoon/evening, with
damaging winds, large hail, a tornado, and flash flooding all
possible.
