  South central Texas County in the Panhandle of Oklahoma...
  Eastern Hansford County in the Panhandle of Texas...
  Ochiltree County in the Panhandle of Texas...

* Until 1115 PM CDT.

* At 1013 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 12 miles
  northwest of Waka, or 14 miles north of Spearman, moving southeast
  at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Two inch hail and 70 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect some tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
           homes, roofs, and outbuildings. People and animals
           outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs,
           siding, windows, and vehicles.

* Locations impacted include...
  Spearman, Waka, and Farnsworth.

At 1008 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 miles south of Balko to 7 miles north of Gruver,
moving southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to roofs, siding, and trees is possible.
         People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles.

Locations impacted include...

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Central Texas County in the panhandle of Oklahoma...

* Until 1230 AM CDT.

* At 928 PM CDT, gauge reports indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.7 and 1 inch of rain
  has fallen within the last hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or
  expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Gauges reported.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Guymon.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Texas and Oklahoma
Panhandles.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Thunderstorms are expected to develop this afternoon and tonight
across the Oklahoma and Texas Panhandles. A few storms may become
severe, with large hail and damaging winds the primary hazards.
Also, the strongest storms will be capable of producing heavy
rainfall, which may lead to flooding or flash flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Thunderstorms are possible across much of the central and eastern
area Sunday and Sunday evening. A few storms may become severe,
with large hail and damaging winds the primary hazards.

High temperatures may approach 105 degrees at the Palo Duro Canyon
State Park on Tuesday afternoon, and a Heat Advisory may be needed.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Limited spotter activation may be needed late this afternoon and
evening.
