This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of northern...
western...central...and southern Oklahoma...and western north
Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight...

.Thunderstorms...
There is a moderate risk of severe thunderstorms from mid
afternoon through this evening across portions of northern,
central and southwestern Oklahoma. The moderate risk is near and
east of a line from Woodward to Clinton to Frederick, and near and
north of a line from Frederick to Randlett to Pauls Valley to
Holdenville. There is also a slight to enhanced risk of severe
thunderstorms over the remainder of western and southeastern
Oklahoma as well as western north Texas. These storms are possible
between 3 PM and 1 AM. The strongest storms will be capable of
producing large hail larger than baseballs, wind gusts to 80 mph,
and tornadoes. Strong tornadoes will be possible.

Scattered storms are expected to develop across western Oklahoma
and perhaps western north Texas in the mid to late afternoon hours
and generally move east-northeast at 25 to 35 mph.

.SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT STATEMENT...

Storm spotter groups and emergency management personnel across
Oklahoma and western north Texas should prepare for severe
weather operations this afternoon and evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday...

.Thunderstorms...
No storms are expected Sunday or Monday. Later in the week,
scattered thunderstorms will be possible on Tuesday, and then
there will be the potential of storms moving into Oklahoma each
evening and overnight through Friday.
