This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of west central
Texas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop
over the higher terrain of west Texas this afternoon and tonight.
Although widespread severe storms are not expected, a few of these
storms may move into our western counties, and could reach severe
levels. The main hazards are hail and damaging winds.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

More storms are possible on Sunday. Again, widespread severe
storms are not expected but a few may approach severe levels.

In addition, summer like heat will make a return to West Central
Texas for the early to middle portions of the upcoming week.
Temperatures on Tuesday may climb into the 102 to 106 degree range
across portions of the area.
