...Strong winds associated with dissipating thunderstorms will
impact portions of Rockwall, northwestern Kaufman, eastern Wise,
Denton, Tarrant, Collin and Dallas Counties through 715 AM CDT...

At 615 AM CDT, area observations indicated winds gusting between 40
and 50 MPH across much of the DFW Metroplex.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Local observations.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Dallas, Mesquite, and University Park around 620 AM CDT.
  Garland and Sunnyvale around 625 AM CDT.
  Rowlett around 630 AM CDT.
  Forney and Heath around 635 AM CDT.
  Rockwall around 640 AM CDT.
  Terrell around 650 AM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this storm include Westminster, Frognot,
Joe Pool Lake, Sand Branch, Mountain Creek Lake, Providence Village,
Ponder, Stony, Weston, and Lewisville Lake.

A cluster of storms will move across the region this morning into the
early afternoon. Some storms may be severe with isolated damaging
wind gusts being the primary threat. Heavy rain may also lead to
new flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.
Daily storm chances continue through the middle of next week. Storms
may be strong to severe at times. Large hail and damaging winds will
continue to be the main threats.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Trinity River at Dallas.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 32.0 feet, Minor flooding of agricultural lands used
  for cattle grazing will occur. Low water crossings near the river
  will begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 32.1 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 30.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will fall to 31.9 feet early this
    morning. It will then rise to 33.1 feet this afternoon. It
    will fall below flood stage late tonight to 26.3 feet early
    Sunday afternoon. It will then rise to 26.6 feet early
    Tuesday morning. It will fall again and remain below flood
    stage.
