This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Louisiana, east Texas and northeast Texas. .DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight. Scattered strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible through this evening mainly south of the Interstate 30 corridor across East Texas and into Louisiana. Damaging winds and large hail should be the primary threats should any of these storms become severe. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday. Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will persist during the latter half of the weekend and into early next week. Although thunderstorm chances continue later in the week, a gradual decrease in activity is expected due to an upper-level ridge expanding into the region from the southwest.
