This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Shower and thunderstorm chances will affect the area today. A few
strong storms could be possible in Northwest Wisconsin this
afternoon and evening with the primary hazard strong wind gusts.

Strong non-thunderstorm winds with gusts of 35 to 45 mph are
expected through this afternoon in north-central Minnesota and
early evening the Twin Ports into the Minnesota Arrowhead. There
is a 20% chance that showers in north-central Minnesota could mix
down locally stronger gusts to 55 mph.

Elevated river and creek levels will continue.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Small thunderstorm chances continue across the area Saturday and
again Sunday evening. Severe storms are not anticipated.

rainfall amounts to the National Weather Service.
