This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Western and Central Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Scattered thunderstorms moving west-to-east across the forecast
area during the afternoon and early evening. There is a marginal
risk for severe storms mainly north of a line from Jackson to
Thermopolis to Casper, with the main threat being damaging wind.

Warm temperatures will lead to continued mountain snowmelt and
rising water levels in foothill creeks and streams.

Warm and breezy conditions elevate the rangeland fire weather
hazard across the lower valleys and basins of central and
southwest Wyoming through sunset.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Dry and breezy conditions lead to elevated fire weather concerns,
although the threat will be limited due to widespread greenup
across the area.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Weather spotters are encouraged to report significant weather
conditions according to Standard Operating Procedures.
