...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM AKDT THIS
EVENING FOR LOW HUMIDITY ACROSS THE MATANUSKA VALLEY...

* 20 FT WINDS...SOUTHEAST 5 TO 15 MPH...HIGHEST OUT OF THE KNIK
  RIVER VALLEY IN THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...15 TO 25 PERCENT.

* TIMING...AS SKIES CLEAR FROM SOUTH TO NORTH THIS
  AFTERNOON...HUMIDITY VALUES WILL ONCE AGAIN PLUMMET TOWARD
  CRITICAL VALUES. HUMIDITY VALUES WILL RECOVER BY LATE EVENING
  WITH LOSS OF DAYTIME HEATING.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE MID 50S.
