This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north Alabama and portions of
southern middle Tennessee.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight...

Isolated to widely scattered thunderstorms are expected this
afternoon along and ahead of an approaching upper-level storm
system, with coverage increasing significantly this evening. The
primary impacts with any of the stronger storms that develop will be
heavy rainfall and gusty winds. In addition, areas that receive
excessive rainfall could see localized flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday...

Showers will taper off over the course of Monday from west to east
as the front passes through. Threat will continue for heavy rainfall
in the morning especially areas east of I-65, which could lead to
localized flooding.


Activation of storm spotters and emergency management personnel is
not anticipated at this time.
