THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR THE COUNTIES SERVED BY THE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE OFFICE IN BIRMINGHAM.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

A FEW NARROW BUT PERSISTENT BANDS COULD CAUSE ISOLATED LIGHT SNOW
ACCUMULATIONS...BUT THE LOCATION FOR THESE BANDS IS HIGHLY
UNCERTAIN. MOST OF THE SNOW SHOWER ACTIVITY SHOULD DIMINISH BY
NOON TUESDAY EXCEPT ACROSS THE NORTHEAST PART OF THE AREA...WHERE
IT COULD CONTINUE UNTIL MIDNIGHT.

WINDS WILL BE STRONG TODAY ACROSS THE AREA. THE HIGHEST WINDS WILL
BE ACROSS THE SOUTHWEST...GENERALLY ALONG AND SOUTH OF AN
ALICEVILLE TO MONTGOMERY LINE. HERE WINDS WILL BE 15 TO 25 MPH
WITH GUSTS UP 30 MPH.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

ACTIVATION OF STORM SPOTTERS AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT IS NOT
EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.
