NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE OFFICE IN BIRMINGHAM.

.DAY ONE...OUTLOOK THROUGH TONIGHT.

AS HOT CONDITIONS CONTINUE, HEAT INDICES WILL NEAR 105 DEGREES
THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS CENTRAL ALABAMA. THOSE WHO MUST BE OUTSIDE
SHOULD TAKE PROPER SAFETY PRECAUTIONS, DRINK PLENTY OF WATER, AND
TAKE FREQUENT BREAKS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

HEAT INDICES MAY AGAIN APPROACH 105 DEGREES ON MONDAY ACROSS MUCH
OF CENTRAL ALABAMA.
