  BAYOU SARA AT SARALAND AFFECTING MOBILE COUNTY.
  MOBILE RIVER AT BARRY STEAM PLANT AFFECTING BALDWIN AND MOBILE COUNTIES.

.RECENT HEAVY RAINS HAVE CAUSED SIGNIFICANT RISES ALONG THE RIVER.

* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST
* FLOOD STAGE IS 12 FEET
* THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE TO FALL TO BELOW FLOOD STAGE BY THURSDAY MORNING.
* AT 12 FEET, CONSIDERABLE OVERFLOW OF LOWLANDS IN THE AREA WILL OCCUR AND A FEW
  COUNTY ROADS WILL BECOME FLOODED.

* THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE RISING TO NEAR 4.8 FEET BY TOMORROW MORNING. THE RIVER
  WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE THURSDAY MORNING.
* AT 4.0 FEET, FLOODING OF STREETS BEGINS AND BECOMES WIDESPREAD EAST OF THE
  RAILROAD WHEN THE LEVEL REACHES 5 FEET.
