A SIGNIFICANT COASTAL LOW WILL BRING STRONG EAST TO NORTHEAST
WINDS TO ALL WATERS MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY. AT THIS TIME WIND
GUSTS TO STORM FORCE ON THE OUTER WATERS ARE POSSIBLE, WITH GALE
FORCE GUSTS LIKELY IN THE BAYS.
