AND RHODE ISLAND COASTAL WATERS.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

REDUCED VISIBILITY IS EXPECTED THIS EVENING DUE TO LIGHT SNOW
MOVING OVER THE WATERS. THE PRECIPITATION MAY CHANGE TO A WINTRY
MIX BEFORE CHANGING TO RAIN LATE THIS EVENING AND OVERNIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

PERIODS OF DISTURBED WEATHER WILL RESULT IN SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED
VISIBILITIES ON THE WATERS DURING WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
