More thunderstorms will develop late this afternoon and mainly this evening into the overnight hours as a cold front drops southeast through the state. Severe thunderstorms look likely with this activity...with all hazards expected. Very large hail larger than golf balls and 70 mph wind gusts will be the primary threats...but a few tornadoes will also be possible. Some locally heavy rainfall may lead to an isolated flash flood threat as well. Expect the threat for severe weather to decrease late tonight and near sunrise Thursday as the activity drops southeast of the area. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will linger on Thursday across the southern half Arkansas before cooler, drier, and more seasonal air returns Friday into the weekend. .Spotter Information Statement...
