This hazardous weather outlook is for Apache...Coconino...
Northern Gila...Navajo...and Yavapai Counties in Northern
Arizona.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

A Winter Storm Warning is in effect through Tuesday for areas
along the Mogollon Rim including Flagstaff, Forest Lakes, and
Alpine.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect through Tuesday for the
North Rim, Valle, Black Mesa, and Chuskas including Jacob Lake,
Shonto, Tsaile, and Sawmill.

A Wind Advisory is in effect through this evening for Tuba City,
Wupatki National Monument, Meteor Crater, Winslow, Snowflake, and
Concho.

Both Yavapai and Gila counties will likely see mainly liquid
precipitation this afternoon through Tuesday, with approximately
1 to 2 inches of liquid forecast. Creek and streams in Yavapai and
Gila counties will likely be running high by Tuesday. However, no
major flooding is expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

A Winter Storm Warning is in effect through Tuesday for areas
along the Mogollon Rim including Flagstaff, Forest Lakes, and
Alpine.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect through Tuesday for the
North Rim, Valle, Black Mesa, and Chuskas including Jacob Lake,
Shonto, Tsaile, and Sawmill.

Both Yavapai and Gila counties will likely see mainly liquid
precipitation through Tuesday, with approximately 1 to 2 inches
of liquid forecast. Creek and streams in Yavapai and Gila counties
will likely be running high by Tuesday. However, no major
flooding is expected.

Clearing to return Tuesday night with fair and warmer weather
starting Wednesday.

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM MST TUESDAY
ABOVE 6000 FEET...

* TIMING...Light snow will gradually intensify later this afternoon
  and evening. The heaviest period of snow will be between
  11 PM Monday and 5 AM Tuesday. Snow should taper off by midday Tuesday.

* GENERAL EVENT TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...
  Elevations 6000 to 7000 feet: 5 to 10 inches (mainly west of Flagstaff).
  Elevations 7000 to 8000 feet: 10 to 14 inches.
  Elevations above 8000 feet: 14 to 20 inches.
