600 PM PDT FOR SOUTHEASTERN SAN DIEGO COUNTY...

AT 431 PM PDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED URBAN AND SMALL
STREAM FLOODING IN THE VICINITY OF GUATAY WHERE 0.78 INCH OF
RAINFALL OCCURRED. ACCUMULATIONS OF 0.28 INCH WAS REPORTED IN PINE
VALLEY.

DESCANSO...BOULEVARD...CAMPO...HWY S2 BETWEEN HWY 79 AND HWY 78...

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.

IN HILLY TERRAIN THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF LOW WATER CROSSINGS WHICH ARE
POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS IN HEAVY RAIN. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS FLOODED
ROADS. FIND AN ALTERNATE ROUTE.

PLEASE REPORT FLOODING TO YOUR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY WHEN YOU
