WINDY SANTA ANA CONDITIONS SUNDAY THROUGH MONDAY. THE WINDIEST
AREAS WILL INCLUDE THE COASTAL MOUNTAIN FOOTHILLS...THE SANTA ANA
MOUNTAINS...AND EASTERN PORTIONS OF THE INLAND VALLEYS. WINDS MAY
WEAKEN SLIGHTLY FOR MONDAY...BUT THE HEAT WILL CONTINUE IN THE

  TO 35 MPH...BECOMING 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH SUNDAY
  MORNING INTO MONDAY.

* HUMIDITY...LOWEST OF 8 TO 12 PERCENT SUNDAY. SLIGHTLY HIGHER ON
  MONDAY. POOR OVERNIGHT RECOVERY.

* OUTLOOK...GRADUAL COOLING WITH HIGHER HUMIDITY AND WEAKER WINDS
  TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY.
