...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY EVENING
THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING ABOVE 5000 FEET...

* WHAT...Snow, heavy at times. Projected snow accumulation
  through Sunday evening: 5000-5500 ft...1-3" 5500-6500 ft...3-
  6" 6500-7500 ft...6-12" 7500-9500 ft..12-24".

* WHERE...San Bernardino County Mountains and Riverside County
  Mountains.

* WHEN...From Friday evening through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...Snow and ice covered roads will make travel
  difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow levels starting out near 6,000 feet
  Friday night will lower to 5,000 feet Saturday afternoon, then
  hover between 4,500 and 5,500 feet Saturday night and Sunday.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH
SUNDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of Southwest California, including the following
  areas, Orange County Coastal Areas, Orange County Inland Areas,
  Riverside County Mountains, San Bernardino County Mountains, San
  Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland Empire, San
  Diego County Coastal Areas, San Diego County Mountains, San Diego
  County Valleys and Santa Ana Mountains and Foothills.

* WHEN...From late Friday night through Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
  Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - A strong Pacific storm will bring moderate to heavy rain
    Saturday, followed by scattered showers and thunderstorms
    Saturday night through Sunday afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
