NORTHEAST WINDS NEAR THE COASTAL FOOTHILLS AND INTO EASTERN
PORTIONS OF THE VALLEYS...INCLUDING INLAND ORANGE COUNTY.

  50 MPH...STRONGEST ALONG WIND-PRONE COASTAL SLOPES AND BELOW
  CANYONS.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...LOWEST OF 8 TO 15 PERCENT.

* OUTLOOK...INCREASING HUMIDITY...DECREASING WIND...AND GRADUAL
  COOLING TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT START MAY EXHIBIT EXTREME FIRE
  BEHAVIOR AND SPREAD RAPIDLY. OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT
  RECOMMENDED.

EASTERN PORTIONS OF THE VALLEYS. WINDS WILL WEAKEN SLIGHTLY ON
MONDAY...MAINLY NORTH OF SAN DIEGO COUNTY...BUT STILL REMAIN
