630 PM PDT FOR EAST CENTRAL SAN DIEGO COUNTY...

AT 344 PM PDT...RADAR CONTINUED TO INDICATE MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN
OVER HIGHWAY 78 AND YAQUI ROAD SOUTH OF BORREGO SPRINGS. LOCALIZED
MINOR FLOODING FROM MINE WASH AND PINYON WASH ONTO HIGHWAY 78 WILL
CONTINUE TO BE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE NEXT COUPLE HOURS. RADAR
ESTIMATES THAT 0.75 TO 1 INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THIS AREA OVER
THE PAST HOUR.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
