.LOW PRESSURE MOVING THROUGH THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST WILL BRING
STRONG AND GUSTY WINDS TO THE SIERRA AND WESTERN NEVADA THROUGH
THIS AFTERNOON...ALONG WITH PERIODS OF BLOWING DUST TO THE LOWER
DESERT VALLEYS.

THE WIND ADVISORY IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT. A LAKE WIND ADVISORY
REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM PDT SUNDAY.

* WINDS: SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH.

* WAVE HEIGHTS ON LAKE TAHOE: 2 TO 3 FEET WITH HIGHEST WAVES ON
  NORTH AND EAST SHORES.

* SMALL BOATS WILL BE PRONE TO CAPSIZING AND SHOULD REMAIN OFF
  LAKE WATERS UNTIL CONDITIONS IMPROVE.
