NATIONAL FOREST...

* AFFECTED AREA...FIRE WEATHER ZONES 295 AND 297.

* WIND...NORTHERLY WINDS 5 TO 10 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 20 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...SINGLE DIGIT RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES FOR UP TO 12
  HOURS IN MANY LOCATIONS.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD. OUTDOOR
  BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
