This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Colorado, southwest
Colorado, west central Colorado, east central Utah, northeast Utah
and southeast Utah.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

A late season winter storm continues through the northern and central
Colorado mountains this morning bringing moderate snow. Additional snow
accumulations are expected to range from 2 to 5 inches this morning
across the Elkhead, Park, Flat Tops, Gore and Sawatch Mountains.
Gusty winds to 40 mph will result in areas of blowing snow reducing
visibility and making travel difficult in the mountains. Snow showers
diminish this afternoon, ending by this evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Unsettled weather continues across the northern areas Wednesday,
spreading south Thursday into the weekend as a series of systems pass
to the north.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight, however
spotters are encouraged to report snowfall amounts to the
National Weather Service in Grand Junction.
