* HAZARD TYPES...DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS AND HEAVY SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 8 TO 12 INCHES.

* TIMING...SNOW DEVELOPS BY MIDNIGHT SUNDAY NIGHT...HEAVIEST
  DURING MONDAY...THEN TAPERING OFF MONDAY EVENING.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL IS EXPECTED ALONG WITH POOR
  VISIBILITY IN SNOW AND BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.

* VISIBILITIES...ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.
