  SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT.

* HAZARD TYPES...FREEZING RAIN.

* ACCUMULATIONS...AROUND A TRACE OF ICE.

* TIMING...THERE WILL BE SOME PATCHY FREEZING DRIZZLE AND
  POTENTIAL FOR MORE FREEZING RAIN BEFORE 5 AM WHEN
  PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO BE PLAIN RAIN.

* IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED SURFACES...COATED WITH ICE...WILL MAKE
  TRAVELING DIFFICULT AT TIMES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
