* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW AND SLEET.

* ACCUMULATIONS...ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATION LESS THAN AN INCH.
  TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 1 TO 3 INCHES.

* TIMING...A MIX OF RAIN AND SNOW SHOULD CHANGE BACK TO ALL SNOW
  BEFORE ENDING AROUND OR JUST AFTER MIDNIGHT.

* IMPACTS...NEW SNOWFALL AND SNOW STILL ON ROADS COULD IMPACT
  HOLIDAY TRAVEL...MAKING DRIVING HAZARDOUS.
