* LOCATIONS...COASTAL LOCATIONS BORDERING WESTERN LONG ISLAND
  SOUND FROM WESTERN SUFFOLK TO WESTCHESTER COUNTIES IN NEW YORK
  AND FAIRFIELD COUNTY CONNECTICUT.

* TIDAL DEPARTURES...1 TO 1 1/4 FT.

* TIMING...AROUND THE TIME OF HIGH TIDE THIS MORNING.

* IMPACTS...WATER LEVELS WILL TOUCH MINOR COASTAL FLOOD THRESHOLDS
  DURING THE TIMES OF HIGH TIDE...PARTICULARLY ALONG THE MOST
  VULNERABLE BACK BAY LOCATIONS. THIS WILL RESULT IN BRIEF
  INUNDATION OF THESE MOST VULNERABLE SHORE ROADS AND ADJACENT
  PROPERTIES.
