SOUTHERN NEW HAVEN-WESTERN PASSAIC-EASTERN PASSAIC-WESTERN BERGEN-
WESTERN ESSEX-WESTERN UNION-ORANGE-PUTNAM-ROCKLAND-
NORTHERN WESTCHESTER-SOUTHERN WESTCHESTER-
652 AM EDT TUE SEP 30 2014

AREAS OF FOG HAVE DEVELOPED ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST
CONNECTICUT AND THE LOWER HUDSON VALLEY. WHILE VISIBILITIES ARE
MAINLY FROM 1 TO 3 MILES...THERE ARE PATCHES WITH VISIBILITIES
DOWN TO ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.

THE FOG SHOULD DISSIPATE BY LATE MORNING.

MOTORISTS SHOULD BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING
VISIBILITIES. IF REDUCED VISIBILITIES ARE ENCOUNTERED...DRIVERS
SHOULD REDUCE SPEED AND USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS.
