AND PROPERTY.

A COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY INDICATES THAT ONSHORE WINDS AND TIDES
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE FLOODING OF LOW AREAS ALONG THE SHORE.

MODERATE TIDAL INUNDATION CAN BE EXPECTED NEAR HIGH TIDE ALONG THE
SOUTHWEST WATERFRONT IN WASHINGTON DC THIS EVENING. COASTAL FLOOD

WIDESPREAD RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE EARLY EVENING HOURS
ACROSS MUCH OF MID-ATLANTIC REGION. THE RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO
BECOME MORE SHOWERY IN NATURE WITH TIME...BUT ANY BREAKS WILL BE
SHORT IN DURATION THIS EVENING.

WHILE AVERAGE RAINFALL AMOUNTS OVER A THREE HOUR PERIOD WILL
BE AROUND ONE-HALF INCH OR LESS IN MOST LOCATIONS...THERE WILL BE SOME
LOCALLY HEAVIER SHOWERS CROSSING THE AREA. EVENING COMMUTERS ARE
URGED TO USE CAUTION...AS STANDING WATER ON ROADWAYS COULD LEAD TO
HYDROPLANING. SMALL STREAMS AND CULVERTS MAY ALSO EXPERIENCE
RISING WATER.
