LINE EXTENDING FROM DELTA TO NEAR PERRY HALL TO COLESVILLE TO NEAR
CENTREVILLE...AND MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH. PEOPLE TRAVELING ON THE
BALTIMORE AND CAPITAL BELTWAYS CAN EXPECT WIND GUSTS TO 30
MPH...TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS...REDUCED VISIBILITIES AND OCCASIONAL
LIGHTNING.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 30 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.
