At 450 AM...Light to moderate showers were moving to the north
and east across southern Delaware and coastal New Jersey. The
back end of these showers were located just to the west of the
Chesapeake Bay, extending northward toward Reading and Hazleton.
Showers will end across the area from west to east during the mid
morning.

...WIND ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WINDS...Southwest 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph becoming
  west around sunrise.

* TIMING...Winds are increasing in advance of a strong cold front
  approaching the area. The strongest winds will occur between now
  and around noon today. Winds will diminish later this afternoon
  and this evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power
  lines. Scattered power outages are expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that very windy conditions are expected.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult...especially for
high profile vehicles. Use extra caution. Light-weight outdoor
objects such as patio furniture and garbage cans should be
secured.
