...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO 7 PM EST
THURSDAY...

* LOCATIONS...SOUTHERN DELAWARE.

* HAZARD TYPES...A WINTRY MIX OF SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN CHANGING
  TO SNOW.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 8 INCHES.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...A TRACE TO A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH.

* TIMING...RAIN WILL CHANGE TO A FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET MIX NEAR
  DAYBREAK THURSDAY BEFORE CHANGING TO ALL SNOW JUST AFTER
  DAYBREAK. THE SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGHOUT THURSDAY AND END
  THURSDAY EVENING. SNOW MAY BE HEAVY AT TIMES.

* TEMPERATURES...FALLING TO NEAR 32 AT DAYBREAK THURSDAY THEN
  FALLING INTO THE 20S DURING FORENOON THURSDAY.

* WIND...BECOMING NORTH AND GUSTING TO 20 MPH DURING THE DAY THURSDAY.

* VISIBILITY...MAY LOWER BRIEFLY TO ONE HALF MILE DURING LATE
  THURSDAY MORNING OR THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...WIDESPREAD AND SUBSTANTIAL IMPACTS ON TRAVEL ARE
  EXPECTED TOMORROW...ESPECIALLY THE MORNING COMMUTE.

THIS WINTER STORM WARNING MEANS THAT SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SNOW
