.AREAS OF DENSE FOG REDUCING VISIBILITIES TO 1/4 OF A MILE OR LESS WILL
CONTINUE TO FORM AND BECOME WIDESPREAD THROUGH 8 AM THIS MORNING...THEN
LIFT SLOWLY THROUGH MID MORNING. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO USE EXTREME
CAUTION WHEN DRIVING IN DENSE FOG AND ALLOW FOR EXTRA TIME WHEN
DEPARTING FOR MORNING DESTINATIONS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE. IF
DRIVING...SLOW DOWN...USE YOUR HEADLIGHTS...AND LEAVE PLENTY OF
DISTANCE AHEAD OF YOU.

* AT 8 PM TUESDAY THE STAGE WAS 17.4 FEET
* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST
* FLOOD STAGE IS 17 FEET
* THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE TO FALL TO BELOW FLOOD STAGE BY TOMORROW EVENING.
* AT 17.5 FEET...SOME FLOODING OF LOWLANDS IN THE AREA WILL CONTINUE UNTIL THE
  RIVER LEVEL DROPS BELOW 13 FEET.
* AT 17 FEET...CONSIDERABLE FLOODING OF LOWLANDS WILL OCCUR.
