...A FEW ATLANTIC & EAST COAST STORMS POSSIBLE TODAY...

This hazardous weather outlook is for South Florida.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Rip currents: There is a High Risk of Rip Currents for the Atlantic
beaches through the weekend.

Thunderstorms: A few isolated thunderstorms are possible today,
mainly over the Atlantic waters and east coast. The primary threat
will be lightning.

Wind: East northeast winds of 20 to 25 knots will be possible,
mainly across the Atlantic waters.

Waves: Hazardous marine conditions continue across the local waters
with 7 to 14 foot seas in the Atlantic.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

A High Risk of rip currents is expected for the Atlantic beaches
through the weekend. Rough surf will also be possible for the beaches
of Palm Beach County, possibly leading to minor beach erosion.

Hazardous marine conditions are expected to persist into the weekend.
