.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

RIP CURRENTS: THERE IS SLIGHT RISK FOR RIP CURRENTS ALONG THE
BEACHES OF PALM BEACH, BROWARD, AND MIAMI-DADE COUNTIES.

THUNDERSTORMS: ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THE
MAIN IMPACTS BEING A FEW LIGHTNING STRIKES AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

LOW PRESSURE OVER THE BAY OF CAMPECHE COULD DEVELOP INTO A
TROPICAL CYCLONE OVER THE COMING DAYS AS IT MOVES SLOWLY EASTWARD.
THERE IS NO IMMEDIATE THREAT TO SOUTH FLORIDA...BUT WE WILL
CONTINUE TO MONITOR. REGARDLESS OF DEVELOPMENT, DEEP TROPICAL
MOISTURE COULD MOVE INTO SOUTH FLORIDA THURSDAY THROUGH FRIDAY,
RESULTING IN THE POTENTIAL FOR HEAVY RAINFALL AND FLOODING AS WELL
AS ISOLATED SEVERE WEATHER. THE FORECAST IS UNCERTAIN AND WE WILL
BE MONITORING THIS CLOSELY OVER THE COMING DAYS.
