MORNING. VERY COLD TEMPERATURES COMBINED WITH GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS

ANY LINGERING MOISTURE ON THE ROADWAYS MAY LEAD TO THE FORMATION
OF BLACK ICE WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

A VERY COLD ARCTIC AIRMASS WILL MOVE INTO THE REGION ON SATURDAY
