AT 1012 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER CROSS ROADS...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

THIS STORM HAS THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE PEA SIZED HAIL...FREQUENT
CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH AS IT MOVES ACROSS
PAULDING...BARTOW...CHEROKEE AND COBB COUNTIES THROUGH 1100 PM EDT.
SOME LOCATIONS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM INCLUDE DUE WEST...LOST
MOUNTAIN PARK...CROSS ROADS...ACWORTH...KENNESAW...KENNESAW STATE

DEVELOP ACROSS MUCH OF GEORGIA THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. STORMS WILL
HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO BECOME STRONG PRODUCING GUSTY
WINDS...FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...

SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED AGAIN
ON SUNDAY. A FEW STORMS MAY BECOME STRONG. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE FORECAST
PERIOD WITH MAINLY A DIURNAL PATTERN.
