A STRONG STORM SYSTEM CENTERED OVER NORTH CAROLINA WILL MOVE
NORTHEAST TODAY AS STRONG CANADIAN HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS INTO NORTH
AND CENTRAL GEORGIA. THIS WILL END THE RAIN AND SNOW ACROSS NORTH
GEORGIA. THIS WILL ALSO PRODUCE STRONG GUSTY WINDS ACROSS THE
ENTIRE REGION TODAY AND INTO THIS EVENING. THIS SAME AREA OF HIGH
PRESSURE WILL ALSO BRING FREEZING TEMPERATURES TO NORTH GEORGIA
THIS MORNING...AND ACROSS MUCH OF THE REGION TONIGHT.

MOISTURE ASSOCIATED WITH AN UPPER LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM PUSHING
ACROSS THE TENNESSEE VALLEY... WILL BRING A CHANCE FOR A MIX OF
RAIN AND SNOW ACROSS PARTS OF NORTH GEORGIA OVERNIGHT AND EARLY
ON SATURDAY.

LIGHT RAIN COULD CHANGE OVER TO A MIX OF RAIN AND SNOW AFTER MIDNIGHT...
AND SHOULD PERSIST THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING. A BRIEF PERIOD OF
