THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NORTH AND CENTRAL GEORGIA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE ACROSS PORTIONS OF CENTRAL
GEORGIA.

DISCUSSION...
A FRONTAL BOUNDARY LAYING ACROSS CENTRAL GEORGIA WILL CONTINUE
MOVING SOUTH THROUGH TONIGHT. ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
ARE EXPECTED ACROSS AREAS SOUTH OF A COLUMBUS TO MACON LINE.
THESE ISOLATED STORMS SHOULD OCCUR MAINLY THIS AFTERNOON WITH THE
INFLUENCE OF DAYTIME HEATING AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE EVENING
HOURS. THE MAIN CONCERN WILL BE HEAVY RAINFALL...AND ALTHOUGH A
FEW STORMS MAY BE STRONG...NO SEVERE STORMS ARE EXPECTED AT THIS
TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS RETURN SUNDAY AND INCREASED CHANCES ARE
EXPECTED MONDAY AS ANOTHER FRONT IMPACTS THE AREA. MONDAY THROUGH
EARLY TUESDAY LOOKS TO HAVE THE HIGHER CHANCES FOR STRONG AND
POSSIBLY SEVERE STORMS. BEHIND THE FRONT DRY CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY WITH PRECIP MOVING BACK IN THURSDAY
AND FRIDAY.
