THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NORTH AND CENTRAL GEORGIA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

...ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE ACROSS CENTRAL AND PORTIONS OF
NORTH GEORGIA THIS AFTERNOON...

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...
THE MAIN STORM THREATS ARE FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND LOCALLY HEAVY
DOWNPOURS.

ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE ALONG A STALLED
FRONT ACROSS CENTRAL AND PORTIONS OF NORTH GEORGIA THIS AFTERNOON
AND EARLY EVENING. THE GREATEST THUNDERSTORM THREAT WILL BE ALONG
AND SOUTH OF A COLUMBUS TO MACON TO WARRENTON LINE BETWEEN 2 AND 8
PM.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...

HIGH PRESSURE AND A DRIER NORTHERLY FLOW WILL KEEP RAIN CHANCES
LOW FOR ALL AREAS TUESDAY. A MOIST SOUTHERLY FLOW WILL BRING A
CHANCE OF AFTERNOON THUNDERSTORMS BACK TO THE AREA BY MID WEEK
WITH THE GREATEST CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS ON THURSDAY AS A FRONT
MOVES THROUGH THE AREA. THE THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL REMAIN
ELEVATED FOR CENTRAL GEORGIA THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEKEND.
