This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North and Central Georgia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight...

Isolated to scattered severe thunderstorms are possible today,
mainly this afternoon and evening, and mainly across north Georgia.

A strong cold front will move into the Tennessee Valley this
afternoon and into north Georgia tonight. Scattered to numerous
thunderstorms will develop this afternoon ahead of the front across
north Georgia. Some of these could be severe with damaging winds,
large hail and heavy rain.

The main area of concern will be north of a line from Lagrange to
Jackson to Washington, and generally between Noon and 10 PM.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday...

The cold front will continue moving across central Georgia Saturday,
pushing into south Georgia by Saturday evening. Isolated to
scattered strong to severe storms are possible across central
Georgia Saturday afternoon, generally south of a line from Columbus
to Macon to Louisville.

There is another chance of thunderstorms Wednesday and Thursday, a
few could be strong with gusty winds and heavy rain.
