...LAKE WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 4 AM
EST WEDNESDAY...

The National Weather Service in Columbia has issued a Lake Wind
Advisory, which is in effect from 1 PM this afternoon to 4 AM EST
Wednesday.

* WINDS...Northwest around 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.

* TIMING...1 pm this afternoon through 4 am Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will create rough chop on area lakes
  making conditions difficult for small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Lake Wind Advisory indicates that winds will cause rough chop
on area lakes. Small boats will be especially prone to capsizing.
