Urban areas may receive more significant flooding and property damage due to rapid runoff. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An upper level low will slowly move through the Hawaiian Islands this weekend. Weather impacts include slow moving heavy rain and strong thunderstorms increasing the threat for flash flooding statewide. The flood threat will decrease later this evening over the western islands of Niihau, Kauai and Oahu as the low slowly drifts eastward. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
