* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...All the main Hawaiian islands.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Flood prone roads and other low lying areas may be
  closed due to elevated runoff and overflowing streams. Urban areas
  may receive more significant flooding and property damage due to
  rapid runoff.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - An upper level low will slowly move through the Hawaiian
    Islands this weekend. Weather impacts include slow moving
    heavy rain and strong thunderstorms increasing the threat for
    flash flooding statewide. The flood threat will decrease
    later this evening over the western islands of Niihau, Kauai
    and Oahu as the low slowly drifts eastward.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
