This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight

Light snow will arrive later tonight and may mix with freezing
rain near the Missouri border toward sunrise Thursday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

A wintry mix of precipitation is expected through Thursday night.
Snow will change over to freezing rain and then to freezing
drizzle on Thursday from southern to northern Iowa. Over areas
roughly east of Interstate 35 and south of Interstate 80, the
precipitation may change to drizzle for a period Thursday
afternoon and evening. Light snow and ice accumulations will be
possible.

A wintry mix will again be possible later Friday night into late
Saturday or early Sunday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed; however, snow and ice
reports would be appreciated.
